I have researched a lot of different outdoor lighting companies, but chose HomeOne due to several reasons.
1st: lifetime warranty.
2nd: sales and service support - Tim was very personable and relatable, it was easy to talk to him. Answered all my questions and concerns, and he wasn't pushy at all, and he will respond to your text right away (even after the service was rendered).Kyle was always on top on his reminder emails and texts; and my installer Brandon was also very nice and knowledgeable.
3rd: Reliability. Not only did Tim show me and thoroughly explained to me how the app worked (prior to the sale), but their bulbs are really the brightest!
They are a Calgary business- so why not support local. Other installers had similar quotes, but HomeOne’s customer service is what lead me to go with them. Most other companies Ive tried to talk to had a very impersonal style of communication.

The HomeOne app, I’ll admit, wasn’t the smoothest at first. It felt a bit clunky and occasionally lagged when adjusting settings. However, a recent update has completely transformed it!
